Computer Technician
The ideal candidate for this position has a keen understanding of desktop operating systems, routinely thinks outside the box to solve problems quickly and understands what impeccable customer service is all about.
Job Duties

Provide excellent customer service, technical assistance, and resolution as necessary.

Basic PC repair, basic networking support, and repair computer hardware and servers as required.

Strong understanding of Microsoft and Apple operating systems. Able to read and understand technical manuals.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects effectively.
Managed Services Administrator
This team member will be instrumental in enhancing our service delivery to our rapidly growing number of Managed Services customers.
Job Duties

Ability to manage and monitor multiple service delivery systems.

Installation and troubleshooting of service delivery software and hardware. Excellent customer service and communication skills.

03
Coordinate and deliver preventative maintenance at the customer site.

04
Develop new or enhance current service delivery through new processes and efficiency.
Network Engineer
Network Engineers are involved in the installation, repair, and servicing of customer computers, servers, and associated computer networking equipment. They analyze available data to determine an appropriate solution for the customer problem or need. They also advise clients on alternate methods of solving need or problem or recommend a specific solution in terms that the customer can understand.
Job Duties

Analyze problems and develop and implement solutions. Communicate directly with customers as technical consultant, during problem discovery, to recommend solution, to provide progress reports on outstanding issues and inform the customer of the resolution upon completion of trouble call.

Provide input on matters associated with site preparation and installation of computer systems and/or networking equipment. Provide technical and engineering assistance for sales staff to solution customer needs.

Insure that the appropriate hardware/software is ordered to resolve customer issues or customer needs.

Work with outside IT specialists and designers to implement a customer’s computer hardware, software and peripherals required to execute specific computer applications.
Remote Support Specialist
This in-house position is responsible for providing end user support, which relates to all technology including; workstations, servers, printers, network devices, vendor specific hardware and software, and more.
Job Duties

Perform in-house PC and server work on a first in first out basis and enter work tickets in Business Application Software. Document resolutions for future reference and accurate time and billing records

Stay at the forefront of applicable software and hardware solutions by attending seminars, reading technical magazines and manuals, using vendor sources and taking computer courses.

03
Active directory experience – adding new users, right, privileges, folder permissions. Windows OS knowledge, including drivers. Office 365 Experience.

Assist end users in the use of software, programs and hardware as needed – including Word, Excel, Outlook and Access.
