C.N.S. began in Grand Junction in 2002 with 3 employees. Founder Shawn Ridgley began his business after finding unmet needs for both hospital nurses and patients. Today, CNS primarily staffs nurses in the homes of former Energy Workers through a Department of Labor Workers’ Compensation Program. CNS provides local, caring and compassionate nurses in patient homes allowing patients independence, comfort and an improved quality of life while remaining in their own home. Now, 12 years later, CNS employs over 730 caregivers in 18 states, serviced by its 12 branches.
