Major security firms such as McAfee, Trend Micro, Avast, and others are now able to defend against the new version of the ‘CrytopLocker’ virus. Be sure to run an update on your computer to make sure that you are protected against the virus. Many anti-virus programs are scheduled to update automatically. However, your automatic updates may be scheduled later on- leaving your computer at risk until the update goes through. We recommend opening your anti-virus and running an update to defend against CryptoLocker.
