There is no reason to wait a day, or a week, for an engineer to arrive at your office. Our Help Desk can remote into your computer and see the problem in real time. They take detailed notes, providing historical data for later review, should the issue occur again.
Oh, and our average call time is short, and you’re billed for every 1/4 hour instead of the service standard of 1-hour minimum. If you want to budget your costs, we provide a dedicated plan that allows your users to call in whenever they need to for one monthly fee per user.
