What’s the Deal with the Free Network Assessment?

Usually, when you see that something is too good to be true, it is, but not in this case! We offer a Free Network Assessment, and it is, indeed, free of cost. Here is how it works.

1. You Call Us and Ask for the Free Assessment.

These calls or emails get routed to our Sales team. Someone from our Sales staff will be contacting you to set up a time to complete the assessment. We schedule around you to make sure this is a stress-free process that is convenient for you and your business. We dispatch an Engineer to your business to run the Assessment during that scheduled time. It might take only a few minutes, or a couple of hours to complete. The length of time depends on the size of your network. Our Engineer considers the number of workstations connected to your network, users and security groups, servers, applications, internet speed and more.

2. We Build You a Customized Plan for Your Business

Once our Engineer has completed the assessment, they bring the data back to our office and our Sales team reviews the results and creates a report to give to you. A sample of the report is available to view on our website, but it contains your risk score and an issues summary. The issues summary explicitly lists out all the items that are working well on your network, or things that might need improvement. For example, it might show that passwords never expire. Having passwords never expire is a small security risk, but an easy one to fix. From this report, we create a customized plan for your organization with suggestions on how to improve the security risks mentioned, and how much those items will cost to implement.

3. Implement Options to Better Protect Your Network

Once you have the report and the list of solutions, you can decide what, if anything, you would like to do to move forward. We don’t pressure you to purchase things you are not comfortable with, and we don’t keep any of the information listed on the report from you. The copy of the report is yours to keep and use how you would like.
